Lead the Software Development team from a technical perspective, design software architecture and contribute to adopt latest technologies required by the projects
Requirements
Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Informatics or similar.
Languages: Ability to lead discussions in English, read/write German texts is a plus.
Experience:
- At least 8 years of experience in software development, in at least one major technology like .NET, Java, Python or other
- Experience in working with Kubernetes, Docker and cloud environments like Azure and in software integration and software delivery
- Experience in leading development team (3–4 persons)
- Experience working with Low Code platforms is nice to have.
Skills:
- Strong code writing and code review
- Strong knowledge of software architecture and design
- Able to take decisions and to guide and coach more junior colleagues
- Open to adopt and learn new technologies, such as Low Code platforms
- Organised and structured person.
